If I want to place someone on IR, I get those contract years credited back to me, correct...
For example... If I'm at 100 years now and I IR a guy who is under contract for 3 years, could I sign someone for 3 years?
Also, can I just flat out drop people?
Thanks....\

Per the league rules:
Contract years are not credited back for players on IR. I believe this rule was put into place because of the roster limits we had in place last year. Only the RB's and WR's were "unlimited", but all other positions had limits. (QB's were at 3, TE's at 3, etc...).
If you wish to drop a player from your roster, it would cost 10 BLB's per contract year. You may also opt to buy-down a player's contract - also at a rate of 10 BLB's per contract year. You can post this in the forums, and follow-up with an email to me and I'll take care of it.

If I misread this please disregard!!!
But why in the hell can the Condors make trades/pickup people if they haven't paid?
If this is as good as a league as spoken about, how can owners not pay up? I thought there were rules set up for this.....

Not trying to be a dick, but...
4.23 Failure to have the entry fee paid in full one week prior to the league draft will result in immediate expulsion from the league and a permanent ban on any future league.
How can a team not be paid 1 day before the season and make trades and waiver moves?
I must be missing the gray area........

Not trying to be a dick, but... I'm not trying to be a dick either, so I granted him an extension after he contacted me and asked for one. For the record, only about half the league paid me on-time so if I kicked the other half out - we'd have no league. I'd rather someone pay me late than lose an owner. Also, I didn't write these rules, Odie did. I like to think I'm a little more flexible than he was.
