I'd like for all the GMs to bring up any rule change suggestions in here for discussion.
First I would like to state that I think the rule for trades during bidding on a transition tagged player should be no trades within 24 hours prior to winning bid on a transition tagged player or winning bid is voided and previous high bid will be announced the winner of that player should become a permanent rule. I am open to suggestions on how to modify or make a rule that is better for transition players as well. Please give your thoughts on the new rule suggestion.
Secondly, I would also like to reconsider the BLB payouts for teams winning the TBL bowl. To me it feels like it helps the teams too much to keep players they may have traded for with 1 yr contracts to make a run. For instance, the winner of the toilet bowl and big league bowl both get 100 blb. To try and make it an even playing field I feel the team trying to make a run in the coming years should get more blb than the team that just won the championship. I would suggest maybe 100 blb for toilet bowl and 75 blb for championship. Its a small change but I think it will make a big difference for teams strategies. Again I hope everyone gives an opinion on this and makes their own suggestions on ideas as well.

I know a few idea from last year, 1st round picks not able to be traded to be used on transition tagged players by a certain time Also maybe a 1 year minimum for drafted or RFA players in case people miss the deadline

I'm in agreement with the transition tag. Can't we just freeze the 1st rounders that will be used for a tag? When tagged players are open for bidding, the only 1st that you can use on that player is the one that you would have used at the beginning of the tag period.
I've actually never understood why the winners of the Big League Bowl get any $. I like the awards for players and the $50 for non-playoffs and I think the Toilet Bowl should maybe even be more than $100.
My biggest rule change request would be in scoring. I like pretty much everything about this league except for the scoring, particularly on the defense. Myles Garrett was DPOY in 2023 and was the 67th highest scorer on defense and the 15th best at DL (barely a starter). I would love to use Big3 or Roto, mostly because you can use the same scoring for every position in the front 7 (DL, DT, Edge, Off-LB) and the good ones will score well regardless of position. I'm a commish in a league myself, so I realize what a big pain in the ass this would be, but you did ask.

I'm not sure what big3 or roto are to be honest. I kind of get what you are saying but I also see Myles Garrett's year as not a huge statistical year. He was 7th in sacks and only 33 tackles. I'm pretty sure he was DPOY because he was doubled every play and forced some fumbles. Saying that, I do think it is hard to compare interior linemen to defensive ends in our scoring system. I wish there was a way to easily change that but I don't see one on RT.
