Additionally, there will be a week long period after RFA for GM's to re-sign any player/s not bid on during the entirety of the RFA period at NO additional BLB cost. Any players who are not re-signed during this post RFA period will become Unrestricted Free-Agents and will become available in the Annual TBL2 Draft.

RFA RULES:

* The end of the bidding day is 10:00pm EST, each night.
* Any bids placed ON or AFTER 10:00pm EST will be treated as the next day.
* A high-bid that stands until 10:00pm EST the following day will be declared the winning bid.
* Current owners only have to match the high bid. All others must increment their bids by at least 1 blb.
* Please refrain from making ANY additional comments in the RFA threads other than the required information needed to make a bid. Failure to comply with this may result in a fine of BLB's.

* Only ONE (1) thread per player will be allowed and you must use that player's thread to place your bid. Any subsequent threads created for the same player WILL BE DELETED.

* Please review the threads carefully to see if somebody else already started one for a player, and you can then post your bid within that thread.

* Once a bid is placed it cannot be rescinded or altered in any way. Any bid that has been modified after subsequent bids have been placed, will be declared invalid and the bidding franchise will be penalized 20 BLBs.

* Also, teams that bid higher than the amount of BLBs available to them, or that do not have a compensatory draft pick to bid on a tagged player, will have their transactions voided and could be penalized up to 50 BLBs.
