GMs,
Feel free to post any questions you might have about the RFA process. There are several GMs that are familiar with how RFA works and should be able to answer questions and I'll also do my best to respond as well especially with rules that are specific to TBL3.

As long as there is active bidding going on and the 24 hour period has not passed (11:00 PM EST deadline) then the players will continue to receive bids.
Does that make sense?

Question on rule 7.2j:
Does this mean that if I am the only bidder on one of my RFA's, even if I bid $5, I would get him back for $0? Then would I be able to announce a 3-year contract? Please clarify. Thanks, Mob

When can we attempt to sign any player that is currently in the NFL, but not on a TBL3 team or on the RFA list?

Please clarify. Thanks, Mob No, once you make a bid, you gotta pay the blb. That rule is in regards to a player that goes through the entire RFA session without receiving a bid at all. blbs are deducted from the teams' vault right after they win the player. Does that make sense?

For non-roster players, I meant not college players also, but players that have NFL experience, but are not RFA.

So for players I owned last year that are now RFA, if there are no bids, I could keep them if I wanted to? Is that what the rule is intended to say? Then I would assume that I would have to pay 1 BLB for the player?

Is there a limit to the number of players that I can win the bidding for within a position? If I happened to win 8 QB's would that we allowed if I had the BLB's, cap space, etc.?

No limit for QBs or the number of players that you can win during RFA as long as you have the blb and can fit them un your contract cap.
